We stayed one night on our trip towards Athens airport. The apartment has a very large balcony, which feels as if you are in a forest due to all the surrounding trees. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and the host goes to great lengths to make you comfortable.
The apartment, nicely renovated, is located in an older residential complex. The noise isolation from the neighbors is not very good, so do expect some disturbance. Also, it is located in an older, not very well-kept area of Voula, and there may be a sea nearby, but the only (small) beach we found seems to be abandoned, with lots of garbage left. So first consider if you really need to be in Voula! Finally, the check-in procedure was not very flexible.

Spacious modern apartment with large wrap-around balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Very attentive & helpful owner go facilitated is with my check-in Small supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. only 5 min walk away. Choice of beaches within walking distance (5-20 min).
The area might be a bit quiet for some people but suited us perfectly after a busier week in central Athens.
