An exceptional location just a few steps behind the Opera and the musical fountain, with a full view of Burj Khalifa from the large balcony of the bedroom. A Spinneys next door. Nice decoration, including a beautiful and heart warming electric chimney. All the amenities needed. Friendly welcome with unexpected early check-in.

The location is ideal: right in Downtown Dubai, in one of the city’s most gentrified neighborhoods. Everything is extremely convenient — there’s a 24/7 minimarket just downstairs, bikes and scooters available nearby, taxis within a minute, and it’s all within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Opera. The flat is arranged with lots of taste, it's actually professionally designed, quality, comfort, 5***** level. The attention of the welcoming staff is remarquable, there is always bottles of water in the fridge, biscuits or chocolates as a welcome gesture, Nespresso capsules, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen — everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort from the moment you arrive. I always promised to come back, and so did I now already several times for my full satisfaction.
