Новое здание, новый апартамент, новая мебель и оборудование, чисто, есть все, что нужно. Изначально планировался балкон, но терраса имеет свои преимущества - увеличивает пространство, дает ощущение перспективы, да и прогуляться можно. Отличный вид на море, соседние здания совершенно не мешают. До моря 5 минут, до ближайшего магазина - 5 минут, до рынка - минут 15 пешком. Тихо, спокойно и никаких проблем - как раз то, что нам и было нужно.

Приятные хозяева, все подсказали, приняли в чистой квартире со свежим ремонтом и с очень красивым видом из окна в 100 метрах от моря (удобно добраться без всяких диких путей). Все замечательно, рекомендую)

Очень уютные и комфортные апартаменты.Есть всё необходимое для проживания.Шаговая доступность к морю,рядом небольшой магазин.Шикарная терраса, где можно любоваться на закат. Владелец был всегда на связи.
