ლოკაცია ძალიან მოსახერხებელია, ახლოსაა სანაპიროსთან. საცხოვრებელი სუფთა და მოწესრიგებულია, ავეჯი და ტექნიკა ახალი და გამართული. პირველადი საჭიროების ნივთები და ჰიგიენის საშუალებები ადგილზე დაგვხვდა. მარტივად მოსამზადებელი საკვები შესაძლებელია ადგილზე მომზადდეს. პროდუქტების შეძენა ახლომდებარე მარკეტშია შესაძლებელი (5 წუთის სავალზეა, ერთ-ერთი გვერდითა კორპუსის პირველ სართულზე).
აბაზანაში საშხაპე გამოყოფილი არ არის და მთელი სივრცე სველდება, რაც ცოტა არაკომფორტულია.

Newly built apartment with sea view. I was comfortable with all the facilities inside. It is clean and fresh. A grocery store is 3 minutes away, with all the essentials for a short summer stay. The sea is a 5-minute walk. I think it is the best beach in the Batumi area.
I missed 2 wine glasses, which were immediately delivered. Nothing to complain about. Maybe a small coffee table on the balcony would be a great addition.

Хороший просторный НОВЫЙ номер. Шампунь, гель для душа, полотенца и тапочки есть. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Все чисто и исправно работает. Провели время хорошо.
Не работал вентилятор в туалете - не критично
