Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel souriant et agréable. Cadre agréable et dépaysant.
La propreté du chalet était limite. Sans doute est ce isolé mais faudrait faire un ménage plus en profondeur notamment au niveau des sols et petite suggestion : par exemple laisser 1 aspirateur et des produits ménagers pour que les clients puissent rattraper le ménage si besoin.
