Villa Ruya Cefalù

Wonderful views very comfortable and well equipped Luca and Sophie were very helpful and easy to contact

The views from the Villa and infinity pool toward Cefalu and the sea are fantastic. The view faces west so you get wonderful sunsets. The property itself is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable with good outdoor space.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property apart from it is slightly isolated from shops and other facilities. That said the peace you get in the local surroundings is also one of the positive things about the location.

Die Lage ist spektakulär, hoch oben mit Blick aufs Meer. Bei klarem Blick kann man sogar eine der liparischen Inseln sehen. Die Biodiversität rund um das Haus ist einmalig, da sie an den Parco delle Madonie grenzt. Schön, um zu wandern, aber auch in 15min im wunderbaren Cefalù, mit Strand und guten Restaurants.

The location was out of this world. The view was absolutely perfect of the beautiful mountains and the sea not to mention the grounds of the property. The villa itself was finished to a high standard. The beds incredibly comfortable. The whole place very clean the showers lovely and lots of items in the kitchen to enable cooking. There was air-conditioning which was needed on a night as it had become cooler. We especially like the outdoor cooking feature as we like to cook. Luca was incredibly kind responding to our messages very quickly and with patience message to help us with everything we need, including supporting us booking a marvellous boat experience. Although the pool took a couple of days to warm up my teenagers who are sometimes hard to please really loved the pool once warmer and the views of course from the pool were exceptional. The furniture around the pool and from the villa we’re great lots of space to lie down and sit up have a cup of tea enjoy the view. Randomly, we also loved the donkey at the end of the road who would run alongside the car behind the fence as we drove in every day. The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy Cefalu and the surrounding areas. We spent a lot of time in the local area but also visit visiting Palermo. We would strongly recommend anybody spending time at this villa. You will be at immediate rest and relaxation.

Everything was perfect. Some people mention the road leading up to the villa. We found it absolutely fine.
