Very nice airy light studio. Great for one night .
Everything was great but for a stay of several nights the cooking facilities are limited.

The property was brilliant, easy to locate (using what3words is the best best), easy access to the keys and a very clean and comfortable space. The sofa bed was comfortable, easy to pull out and assemble; the heating works well, I didn't need it on much as the it heated up very quickly. The shower was amazing, powerful shower - perfect for starting or ending the day. Location wise it was perfect for attending Spartan in Henley, a 15 minute drive away from the venue and 25 minutes into Henley proper for meals out.

The location was great as it was very close to my friends house that i was visiting , it was quite and everything was as it explained .
I felt the temp during the night was pretty cold sadly , and could not het the heater to work in the middle of the night .

Location was perfect for me. Lovely and quiet only disturbed by some lovely countryside sounds. Key pickup and communication was all great. Would love to see a microwave as well as the airfryer, otherwise a perfect stay.
