Great location. Plenty of room for our group of 5 to relax. Owner’s were quick to respond to any issues that arose

No locks on the toilet or bathroom doors upstairs. Three bedrooms shared the upstairs toilet and bathroom so locks are a must have for privacy. Only 2 power points in the kitchen and they were behind the microwave. Made it difficult to use toaster and kettle at the same time when cooking breakfast. There was no remote control for the garage door so someone had to enter the house to open the garage door every time we came home.

The space and location

There were many issues that popped up during our stay - broken glass was found in the cupboard by my 4 year old - no hot water - broken handles -Ants, spiders - No spare Linen or blankets or tea towels - Not enough dishes to cook or use - The bins are fill of rubbish - The house wasn’t set up for a long stay air BnB it was more set up for a party house, there’s was nothing to entertain children apart from the TV. Beautiful home not comfortable or homely like other Air BnB places. - The host sent photos to me of cushions that looked like they needed replacing as they were old and stained but try to make out we ripped the corners of them which looked like a dog ate the corners, I saw these when I got to the property but because of the other issues I had bought to her attention I didn’t think this would be one, however it was used against me. (Which was not our doing as I would have let her know if it was) The host wasn’t very attentive to our needs and her communication was terrible, she kept hanging up on me while trying to raise issues. Please note these were bought up so my family weren’t blamed for it. We are respectful and a very easy going family. But for the price I expected a lot more.
