Location was perfect for our needs. Beds were really comfortable. Glad there were charged lights for use in the power outage.

Bath was not 100% clean. Only 2 teaspoons! Struggled to contact owner for initial entry into property

The place is conveniently located close to shopping malls/centres. It's in a safe neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Loved the walk-in closet in the main bedroom.

Everything about the property was good.

The host

The property and decor is really nice and modern.

I booked and confirmed check in, at the time to check in, I called the unit at the entrance, and the host was very rude, and she actually told me to call the unit that I am going to, and I was shocked because it was the correct unit and shocked at her attitude. When I explained that I had a booking confirmed, she told me to wait outside because she was driving and didn't get the booking. I waited outside, at night alone in the street as I had to make space for other cars to drive through. I felt unsafe. Her approach could have been kinder and more sensitive, and she didn't have to scream at me in the interaction. I tried to ignore certain things as well and extended the stay but that was a mistake because the treatment after I gave feedback on some things was not great e.g., confirmed that I saw cockroaches, her driving to the property unannounced and knocking rudely like I am a criminal before check- out time, allegations of damage to property (allegations of hair color stains) and when I corrected her, she of course was not amenable. I even sent a screenshot of evidence, pointing out that there was a pattern, of complaints and reviews that are similar. I was even accused of taking the keys, yet her cleaner witnessed me returning the keys to the lockbox as she was standing next to me at the time when I checked out. Yes, I checked out 15 mins late & I cooked a big serving & left food for the cleaner & that is bad because there was food in the pots, and I couldn't wash the pots & did not want to waste food yet I made arrangements. Her people skills are very offensive and need work. She's aggressive and rude. After giving feedback on a few things, it was unpleasant. I hope she grows and improves her people skills because what she has done with the property (product) is really nice, but the customer service spoils the entire experience.
