The location was good for our trip and easy to get to. We had space for our family of 8. Had plenty of kitchen items to use. We arrived a little early and were able to get into the house even though they were not quite finished with cleaning.
The house needs lots of updating. When you turned on the water heater it also turned on the heaters which in turn warmed up the house even though we only had it turned on while we were using the shower, and the weather outside was warm so sleeping at night was not very comfortable. Only able to open some of the windows to help cool things off.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood which is very good for my friends and I. The accommodation can easily sleep 7 people comfortably. There are adequate facilities for us for our weekend stay but those staying longer may need to be provided with more utensils. The wifi is great and there's good instruction on how to turn on heating. All in all its good value for money.
If possible the host should consider early check-in or early luggage drop. There are some other issues which had been shared with the host.

The property is well located in a nice residential neighbourhood. There are 4 bedrooms which can sleep a max of 7 people with a large living room and dining room. Well equipped kitchen.
The property is sparsely decorated. Some basic toilet roll holders and mirrors in the bathrooms are needed. The dining room table needs to be replaced as the tabletop is severely damaged. A splash of colour on the walls would be nice as the house is painted completely white. A property with Hugh potential.
