Large property in a decent location. Decent Value

The property is well located in a nice residential neighbourhood. There are 4 bedrooms which can sleep a max of 7 people with a large living room and dining room. Well equipped kitchen.

The property is sparsely decorated. Some basic toilet roll holders and mirrors in the bathrooms are needed. The dining room table needs to be replaced as the tabletop is severely damaged. A splash of colour on the walls would be nice as the house is painted completely white. A property with Hugh potential.

Not what we expected

The location was good. Nice neighborhood. Has a clothes washer and dryer. Free on-site parking.

Not a fully stocked kitchen like it said. Had no bottle opener, no corkscrew, and no pans for the oven. The heat had no control as it seemed to run all the time. The thermostat had a not do not adjust not on it. Upstairs was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The was a chirping noise every five minutes coming from outside the upstairs bedrooms. Kids did not sleep because of the heat and noise. The bathtub did not drain very well at all, and water backed up while taking a shower. Floors were dirty. There were cobwebs throughout the apartment. The coffee table leg was broken. The whole interior could use some fresh paint or washing. Dirty walls sloppy drywall patching on the kitchen ceiling light switches are very dirty.

Very nice stay and I highly reccomend anyone staying a couple nights in Dublin.

It was a very nice stay. Great location, great facilities and was spotless. Also very comfortable chairs downstairs and beds upstairs.

I’ve nothing bad to say about tbe property. The self check in was also very easy to use. Credit to the owners.
