Luxury Melbourne CBD Apt in Iconic QT Building

Fantastic location, spacious and comfortable, bed very comfy and the tub is so great! Great communication from host with super quick response time.

I didnt like leaving it!

Resident access is great! The apartment is luxe and very centrally located.

The balcony area is lacking - only small chairs and no where to have a meal or comfortable drink. The photos of the outdoor area show an outdoor setting but this is not current. The area is sad - it would have more potential if dressed up and made more inviting.

Great central location in the CBD, mostly excellent fitout and facilities. Beautiful bath and good living area.

NOISE!!! I’ve stayed at hotels and apartments in CBD’s all over the world and the noise here wasn’t acceptable, albeit it is outside street noise. My advice is do not stay here on a weekend night, as 2 of our 4 nights were. The windows obviously can’t be double glazed and we were kept awake most of those 2 nights by constant yelling and police sirens. The check in and check out process was unnecessarily complicated with conflicting messages being given; and we got charged an extra fee for a 1pm check-in when in hindsight we should have been advised to ask QT to hold our bags for no cost, which they would have done graciously. The balcony should be a nice place to sit but the chair are wooden and uncomfortable. No tea bags were provided.
