Résidence à proximité de plusieurs restaurants et de très belles plages. Communication facile avec le propriétaire, qui est réactif pour toute demande
Logement très vétuste. Le mur de la salle de bain s’effondre, avec de grandes fissures dans la faïence. L’eau chaude n’est pas présente dans la cuisine et dans la douche il faut attendre plus d’une minute. La climatisation, présente que dans la chambre, ne permet pas de rafraîchir efficacement le logement
