I liked the host's prior communication the most, because she informed me about everything very kindly and in a timely manner, and she speaks excellent English. The location of the accommodation is great, just a few minutes walk from the city center, the bazaar district, the park and everything that might be interesting in Bitola. The address is easy to find, there is great parking in front of the house. There are two semi-basement apartments at the bottom of the house, both are as good as they cost. The internet is working fine.

The bed was not made when we arrived, but we managed to get clean sheets from our host around 8pm. It was reassuring that there was always hot water in the bathroom, but this was not confirmed. The water regularly turned ice cold while showering. In the tiny bathroom, you can't shower so skillfully without creating a puddle of water on the floor, but we couldn't find any tools to remove it. The kitchen equipment is not exactly complete, but as I wrote earlier, I didn't expect 5-star service for the price.
