L'emplacement, la place de parking privée, appartement rénové
Les draps ne sentaient pas le propre comme si les draps n'avaient pas été changés. Il manquait des choses de première nécessité : torchon, sel, poivre, huile, savon.

Le prix, bien agencé, la sécurité, la propriétaire très gentille, la propreté
Il manquait quelques petites choses qui auraient simplifié comme des petites serviettes pour la vaisselle, sel, poivre, gel douche, une crème lavante pour les mains
