Die Wohnung besteht im Prinzip aus zwei Hotelzimmern mit eigenem Bad und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Alles ist sehr modern und neu. Super ist die Lage: man ist in ein paar Minuten mit den Skischuhen (Skiraum) zum Skibus gelaufen. Dort geht es in nur 5 Minuten zur Hauser Kaibling Gondel. Von dort aus kann man über die Skischaukel alle drei Berge erreichen und mit dem Skibus zur Unterkunft zurückfahren. Man kann sein Auto also getrost auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Auch ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt (Billa) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Sauna in der Wohnung ist besonders nach einem langen Skitag sehr erfreulich!
Alles war super! Das eine Schlafzimmer ist schöner, weil es Balkontüren hat, das andere hatte Oberlichter.
