Location of the bungalows just steps from the beach and with a kite surfing school at your fingertips is great. Beds were fairly comfortable and the property manager couldn’t do enough to answer questions and resolve any queries we had. Two rocks restaurant had great food and reasonable prices just a 15/20min beach walk south from the hotel. A couple of cafes, local restaurants, 7/11s and small lotus shops a short walk on the main road.
You would rely on bartering with songthaews or need your own scooter to get to parts of the island with stuff going on. Not many food options at the on site restaurant and owner of the whole site would lounge around all day listening to his phone in the restaurant area but very peaceful on the beach.

"The host of the bungalow is very helpful. Even if he's busy he will try the best to help you out. Feels like your own place in a friendly "village"
I tried to stay as long as possible👍"
