The place was really clean and the communication with flat administration was easy and very friendly.
The flat was not too close to the lake, outside there is a construction which would wake you up.

This is a lovely, bright, spacious flat, beautifully decorated, with everything you might need. Communication from the hosts was excellent - welcoming, with clear, timely instructions - and they were respectful of our privacy. The location is close to the Como Borghi train station (10 min walk) and it is a 15 min walk to the lake. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. It is quiet with pleasant views of the hills. There are two balconies so lots of fresh air flow. We loved our stay here.

Good equipment. Quiet.
There are many steps to reach the apartment. And long walks to the train station or to the boats. But I have managed it.
