Calmia Fine Living Villas

Peaceful location, lovely sized pool and great outdoor space. Modern inside and out. It’s really more of a 3 bedroom villa with the 3rd bedroom, upstairs, having a sofa bed which my 17 year old was very comfortable on. Wonderful that they clean and change bedding and towels after 3 days. 5 minute walk into the village with shops, bakeries and restaurants. Perfect location to visit both sides of the island, obviously with a car. Highly recommended

Minor things - shower pressure went from great to rubbish, house behind villas had a dog which barked in the middle of the night sometimes

Our host was super helpful, gave us good suggestions and there was a nice little welcome basket on arrival. The bonus was having new towels and a clean every 3 days. The travel and arrival guide was very helpful, we visited lots of the suggestions.

Because we arent used to charcoal BBQ we would have preferred a gas BBQ to cook outside.

We loved this villa! Giannis was very friendly and helpful and everything was very organised. We wanted something away from the hustle and bustle, and this was perfect. The villa looks quite new and is well maintained. It has everything you might need. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and we made use of the BBQ. It was very hot, so we were thankful for the Aircon at night. There are some excellent restaurants as well as a bakery and pharmacy just a short walk down the hill. It's a short drive to some amazing beaches.

It was a bit hot for us at the end of July (mid 30's), but you can't control the weather and the Aircon worked well, so it was manageable.

Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Goede ligging om allerlei uitstapjes te maken. Een huurauto is aan te raden om het eiland te verkennen.
