We have book this for 3 month without breakfast but apartment is as per our convenance and it's very affordable. Also owner is very helpful and always available if any issues or difficulty.
All faciality is good and affordable so nothing to be dislike in this apartment.

Propriétaire tres accueillant , présent en personne Appartement spacieux et clair , parfaitement équipé , technique ultra récente . Le lieu , très calme , permet d’apprécier la population Nous circulions en train , accès très facile en tram 6 depuis la gare (10 minutes )et du centre ( 7 min ) Station tram bien desservie , à 4 minutes à pied Deux centres commerciaux à 250 m Bâtiment bien dégagé Parking auto aise et sur L’idéal

В цих апартаментах є абсолютно все, що треба для комфортного життя! Повністю укомплектовані, чисті та зручні апартаменти! Легка та швидка зустріч з приємним господарем! Радий, що обрав їх! Сподіваюся повернуся і не раз!)

- wielkość apartamentu (duże, trzypokojowe mieszkanie, oddzielnie ubikacja), - dosyć nowe umeblowanie, - łatwość zaparkowania samochodu, - bezpieczna okolica (ogólnie Koszyce stały się naprawdę fajne, już nie ma problemu z opalonymi miejscowymi), - bliskość do sklepów, - niedaleko komunikacja miejska, - winda na 2 piętro, - odbiera się klucze od miłego gospodarza, - zgodność zdjęć z opisem.
- naprawdę nic. W tej cenie jest rewelacyjnie.
