We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, well-equipped, and located in a stunning, peaceful area. The surroundings are gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. A big plus was the secure parking in the garage, which was very convenient. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, and the pool was absolutely amazing. It was one of the highlights of our stay. We also appreciated the flexibility of the host. We were able to access the apartment earlier than the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. As a small suggestion for improvement, we noticed that there was only one partially used roll of toilet paper available and no dishwasher capsules provided. Since we went shopping after arrival, we did not mention this on-site as it seemed easier to buy what we needed ourselves. However, it might be worth paying a little more attention to these basic supplies for future guests. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment with a great host. We would gladly return!

L’appartamento è arredato con molto gusto e profumatissimo. I letti, il divano, le sedie del tavolo da pranzo sono tutti comodissimi. Aria condizionata con split dedicati in ciascuna camera e uno in cucina. Entrata privata sul retro con giardino privato, tavolo e sedie esterne e ampio spazio anche per le bici. La piscina non è enorme ma è bellissima, ben curata, pulita e con lettini comodissimi. L’appartamento è a poca distanza da via Bafile e dalla spiaggia.

L’unico problema, come in molti altri appartamenti, è il parcheggio. Purtroppo c’è un solo garage e non ci sono posti macchina esterni, bisogna fare due passi e parcheggiare nel parcheggio a pagamento a 15 euro al giorno, oppure gratis nel campo a fianco alla chiesa.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Pool, perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung ist super schön und gemütlich, perfekt für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder). Mit allen extras, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und klima in jedem Zimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr praktisch. Betten waren auch gut und auch sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Super war für uns, dass man nur das Gartentor öffnen musste um die 3 Schritte zum Pool zu laufen. Der Pool war sehr schön und ist etwas besonderes. Ansonsten sind in der sehr neuen und hochwertigen Anlage vor allem Italiener, es scheinen Eigentumswohnungen zu sein, manche sind fest dort, manche kamen nur am Wochenende. Die Verwaltung ist leider sehr streng/überambitioniert. Wir wurden schon im Vorfeld gebeten, die Regeln zu beachten (zb. Keine Sachen draußen lagern, leise sein). War für uns auch total ok. Einmal wurden wir der Vermieterin gemeldet, unsere Kinder sollten bitte Badesachen tragen. Haben wir nicht ganz verstanden, weil sie das zu jeder Zeit getan haben. Aber die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns weiterhin viel Spaß gewünscht. Der Pool ist, wie in Italien üblich, über die Mittagspause 13-15.30 zu, das wurde auch von den anderen Bewohnern streng beachtet. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße, wo man viele Restaurants findet, ist kurz, nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt ein super schöner Urlaub, wir haben es sehr genossen dort und kommen gerne wieder 🤗
