È un alloggio completo e funzionale, i futon in realtà sono due normali materassi a terra..quindi comodi. Lavatrice - asciugatrice molto comoda. Molta scelta di cuscini. Cucina completa.

Mah.. sembra un bungalow, fatto in plastica...ma sono così un sacco di case qui...

The property is clean and full facilities. There is a good restaurant nearby.

It is very difficult to find the address of the house number. We couldn’t find the label of the house number . Three of us walk around the area. One of us think this is our apartment . I enter the PIN and the door opens.

The property is very clean with a small kitchen, dining table, couch area, and laundry/bathroom. It had everything we needed! Laundry, separate shower and toilet, two bedrooms that can be closed off from each other or opened into one big bedroom. We had five adults stay there comfortably. Three in one room and two in another. It was cozy with that number of people, but a great deal especially since we were able to walk to multiple restaurants over our two-night stay. Each bed also had its own heated mattress pad and comfortable bedding! Easy heat controls with two sources of heat - one a gas fireplace. Owners were very responsive when we texted our arrival time and when we checked out. Parking spot right in front of the door. It is a very nice property in a great location at a great price!

Honestly, everything was great.

Getting the lower floor has made my day. Easy access and less hassle to be home. Washer & Dryer is very² good to have. The huge automatic fire heater is a life saver in Hokkaido winter. The bed heater lining is also awesome. Sugoi. Space is very good for upto 4pax. Very² nice self check-in with electronic door lock at entrance. Hassle free. Dai suki desu.

Bedroom one has limited space to walk around the 2 queen bed, it takes a bit effort to walk thru to get to the wardrobe space, that in the end, we didn't even bother to use it. One miscommunication incident happen though. The last day we were out, when we return someone clean out the garbage containers. Its a sign someone entered the unit with our stuff still out in the open and without our knowledge. I queried about this to the host, and he said there was miscommunication with the cleaners to come to clean the unit. Nothing was missing from our stuff, but it would be civilized to inform us about it ahead of time so we could clean up whatever is not for public view. Everyone has their privacy rights. At the same time, I would suggest to inform the cleaners to be more aware of the environment and be more empathetic when going into the unit and seeing there is still a lot of guests stuff, that would mean guest are not check-out yet. Common sense would be cancel the cleaning and confirm with host again so as to inform the guest.
