Todo en general estuvo perfecto, y Antxon es una anfitrión excepcional, preocupado en todo momento porque estuviéramos lo más cómodos posible. Sin duda recomendaría el alojamiento y repetiría. Todo el apartamento es muy moderno y funcional. Estuvimos cinco en familia muy cómodos.

Todos los problemas que surgieron los resolvió nuestro anfitrión con rapidez. Así que no es necesario describir ninguno. No merece la pena. Incluso trató de ayudarnos con los problemas que tuvimos con el coche. Nada negativo.

Our experience with the apartment was just fabulous. Parking is literally 2-3 minutes from the apartment. It is such a benefit to have the parking so close by. The location of the apartment is great: in a very pleasant residential area, where you can find easily coffee places, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Very well connected to Bilbao city center by trains and metro. Also ride-sharing is not expensive in case you stay longer during night in the center of Bilbao. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning: very well renovated, with exquisite taste and emphasis on quality. Kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds, very modern bathrooms (two toilets, two showers), and the towels were better than in an expensive hotel. The system to access, lock, or unlock the apartment is so modern and very easy to use. Antxon is an amazing host: very responsive, and genuinely caring. All four of us felt so welcome and taken care of. You can really feel the attention to detail and the dedication for the guests to enjoy their staying to the maximum. Je tiens à laisser un avis très positif pour Antoine. Il a été absolument exceptionnel du début à la fin de notre séjour. Disponible presque jour et nuit, il répondait toujours rapidement à nos appels et à nos demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Nous avons eu un petit problème de moustiques et il est immédiatement venu nous apporter des prises anti-moustiques ainsi qu'un gel apaisant contre les piqûres. Il a également pris le temps de nous expliquer en détail tout ce qu'il fallait savoir concernant le stationnement et les alentours. Antoine est un hôte attentif, bienveillant et vraiment investi dans le bien-être de ses voyageurs. C'est une personne rare, comme on en rencontre très peu. Grâce à lui, notre séjour s'est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions. Je lui donne sans hésiter la note de 10/10. Un immense merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse.
