Location was excellent for what I was there to do. The apartment was safe, clean and well designed. It is a comfortable place to be in despite being a "small" space.
The facade of the building is under construction so the time I was there construction trash was all around the building. The workers showed up early in the morning but didn't interrupt sleep or wasn't really even noticeable.
