Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko przystanków i parę minut od parków - paręnaście od centrum. Zaskakująco wygodnie - apartament jest większy, niż wydaje się ze zdjęć. Było czysto, sporo naczyń, sztućców, miejsca do przechowywania. Wygodna łazienka.
Brakuje jakiegoś taboretu lub stoliczka, żeby móc spokojnie wypić herbatę przed telewizorem - warto byłoby coś dostawić.

Švaru,jauku,patogi vieta.
Nerekomenduoju kas bijo aukščio,nes į miegamą lovą reikia lipti labai stačiais ir nepatogiais laiptais,kuriems trūksta turėklų ypač po kaire puse.Taip pat nėra drabužių džiovyklės ,o skalbimo mašinoje pluduriavo purvinas vanduo.Nėra ventiliatoriaus,todėl per didelius karščius gali būti nekomfortiška.Ir dar..kadangi vyksta nemenki fasado ir kiti viršutinių aukštų remonto darbai, tai darininkai darbą pradeda nuo 7.00.darbininkai yra rusiškai kalbantys ukrainiečiai,kurie labai garsiai keikiasi,o tai tikrai nėra malonu.
