The location is simply perfect. The apartment is only about a 5-minute walk from the sea, and right next to it is, in our opinion, the best free beach in Athens, with soft sand and free umbrellas. It made our vacation so much easier—our children could walk back to the apartment whenever they wanted, while we could stay and enjoy the beach a little longer. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was. We had breakfast and lunch at the apartment every day, and everything we needed for cooking was there: plenty of kitchen utensils, olive oil, spices, sugar, and even a coffee machine with coffee capsules. It was clear that the host had thought about every little detail to make guests feel at home. Communication with the host was outstanding. She replied to every WhatsApp message almost immediately and was always incredibly kind and helpful. The moment that truly won our hearts was on our last day. Our flight was late in the evening, so we asked whether a late check-out might be possible and were happy to pay for it if available. Not only did she allow us to stay until 6:00 PM instead of checking out at 10:00 AM, but she didn’t charge us anything. That gesture meant so much to us and made the last day of our vacation completely stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Athens. Thank you for such a wonderful stay—we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and would love to return in the future!

Good location, simple decor.

You can hear the neighbours through the thin walls, that are shouting all day or have the tv on loudly. It could be better with some curtains and mood lighting also.
