The Kids Club made our stay perfect. Our daughter enjoyed her 4 days there. The staffs were all so accommodating and professional. They responded to our every request promptly and efficiently. For some reason my laptop is unable to connect to their wifi but the reception supervisor immediately sent an IT personnel to fix my issue. The food was nice, the price was fair, the space is comfy, the aircon was extremely cold... everything was exceptional! My daughter specifically requested to go back there for her birthday next month :))
the chiller was not cold enough.... but the reception staffs offered to chill our wine at the hotel dining. Problem solved! :))

The property is spacious and so are the rooms. The food at the restaurant was great. There were plenty of choices and we liked everything we tried. The beach was clean and great for a morning stroll. The pools and the kids club really made our days. We enjoyed the family room quite a bit.
Ten staff as amazing with the kids. They were super kind and always had a friendly word to share.
