Private apartment at Phuket Villa Condo

Alles sehr unkompliziert, schnell und ohne Probleme. So soll es sein. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

The location was excellent, close enough to all amenities without being too close to the lively areas. The pool area was very nice and there was a very handy mini mart in the building.

The management company (Lofty Villas) was very very poor. During our stay we had a number of queries that went unanswered due to Lofty villas not replying. When they wanted information from us they were relentless and bombarded us with emails etc. one example was when the owner wanted to come and replace a furniture item. Lofty contacted us early on Sunday morning informing us that the delivery would be made today. When we advised them that we were unavailable they rescheduled in for Tuesday. We wasted our entire day waiting for the delivery which didn’t turn up. A couple of days later the land lord contacted us regarding the delivery and we found out that he had informed Lofty that it wouldn’t be made on the Tuesday. Lofty Villas hadn’t bothered to inform us. Another example - we agreed a check out time with the office of 11 am. At 10pm the evening before check out the representative contacted me directly and advised he would be there to check us out at 9 am. When I told him it wasn’t possible for us he agreed to come later in the day but wouldn’t give a clear time. On check out day I contacted the representative and again he refused to give me a time. When I advised him that I had to leave at 11.30 and that he could arrange to collect the keys from wherever I was, he miraculously said he’d be there in 15 mins.
