Calming place, Seoul #2

Clean and reasonably comfortable, located in a quiet safe area, easy access to all transport facilities, access to convenient stores, if needed. We appreciated the early acces to the apartment before the announced check-in time (the host agreed beforehand for us to be able to leave the luggages upon arrival to Seoul).

It is located at semi-basement, which makes it a little damp, dark (the weather also did not help, it was quite rainy) and difficult to ventilate. No balcony, (for our group was an important aspect), although it is mentioned in the description -- which means no direct access to the outside. No prior message from the host with the details on how to get to the apartment (we contacted the host while we were on our way to the location, we received the reply through which we were allowed in the apartment earlier than the announced check-in time).

사진에 감성이 너무 예뻐서 예약했는데, 사진 그대로 숙소 감성이 너무 예쁘고 좋았어요! 그래서 그런지 사진을 찍으면 다 예쁘게 나왔어요!!감성만 보고 예약했는데, 숙소가 너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요❤️침구들도 다 너무 깨끗해서 걱정 없이 잠도 푹 잤습니다. 다른 숙소들은 한번 가면 또 가고 싶다는 생각이 안드는데 여긴 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요!!

숙소 입실할때 가는 위치는 찾기가 조금 헷갈리더라구요ㅠㅠ그래도 호스트님이 지도로 친절하게 알려주셔서 그런지, 엄청 헤매거나 길을 잃지는 않았어요!!

오랜만에 한국에 와서 머문 집인데, 정말 ‘머물다 간다’는 말이 어울리는 공간이었어요. 복잡한 서울 한가운데에 이런 조용하고 아늑한 공간이 있을 줄은 몰랐어요. 문을 열고 들어서는 순간, 잠시 외국 생활의 피로도, 긴 비행의 무게도 내려놓을 수 있었던 그런 집이었습니다. 공간은 넓고 따뜻했고, 필요한 것들은 미리 다 준비되어 있어 마음까지 편했어요. 특히 위치가 정말 좋아서, 어디를 가든 편하게 다닐 수 있었고 덕분에 짧은 일정 동안 알차게 잘 즐기다 갔어요. 무엇보다 인상 깊었던 건 호스트 분의 세심함이었습니다. 작은 부분 하나까지도 신경 써주시고, 필요한 게 있을 때마다 정성껏 응답해주셔서 마치 오래된 친구의 집에 온 듯한 기분이었어요. 서울에서의 시간이 더 특별해질 수 있었던 이유, 바로 이 집 덕분이었던 것 같아요. 다음에 또 한국에 오게 된다면, 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.

단점을 굳이 꼽자면… 다음 여행 때 다시 예약하지 않을 수 없다는 점? 그만큼 만족스러웠어요.
