The checkin was easy and simple, I appreciate the friendliness of the recepcion assistant the day I arrived.

The day of the check-out had the most unprofessional treatment. I was waiting for the taxi to pick me up and I was charging all my devices at the apartment, the taxi would arrive by 11:30am, and I got asked at 11:10-11:15 to start the cleanning process of the apartment which I explained I was about the leave in few minutes just waiting for the taxi, then 5 minutes later around 11:20-11:25 I got kicked out from the apartment by a 2nd lady (seems to be the manager of the cleaners)and then head to the reception to do the check out I had a lot of suitcases and I was carrying them while I was just putting all my bags to wait for the taxi there, the rececpcionist asked me and acussed me that I shouldn't leave the hotel without giving back the card of the room, while I said I was just putting all my suitcases in a proper corner to not obstruct the way and to just be free of stuff to do the check out, so 2nd issue in less than half an hour absurdly unprofessional, I had been to this hotel 3 years in a row, I will never come back again.
