Limpio, apartamento nuevo con todo lo necesario, electrodomésticos y menaje más que suficiente y en perfecto estado. Dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón pero es suficiente para todo el apartamento. Muy cerca de la playa de la Concha y en plena zona de ambiente, restaurantes y tiendas. El personal muy agradable y profesional. El anfitrión una delicia de persona, simpático, pendiente y preocupado de que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Volveremos seguro y lo recomendamos 100x100. Muchas gracias por todo

Muy bien en el alojamiento. Todo muy nuevo y el propietario muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Muy buena ubicación al lado y tener plaza de garaje es maravilloso.
En las habitaciones no llegaba bien el aire acondicionado y hacía un poco de calor a veces.

Alojamiento cercano a la playa recién reformado.
Falta de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Considero deberían proporcionar, al menos inicialmente, productos de limpieza, papel higiénico y toallas acorde con las personas alojadas.
