Door lock broke and had to get it repaired out of my own pocket to make sure my stuff is secured.

The room is cold and has complete kitchen ware and other basic tools.

The unit has almost complete appliances which you can readily use. The co-host was nice and pleasant to speak with. We liked how cozy the room felt. The decor was spot on. For a low cost condo housing, it is okay.
There was a problem with roaches. Throughout our entire stay, we've seen and killed more than 20 roaches. Good thing the co-host brought a bug killer and delivered it the next day. There were items that we think were left by the previous guests. There was still water in the electric kettle which was disturbing and a couple of opened condiments in the cupboard.
