The location
It was not clean. There were bags of used laundry left on the balcony, a used, wet dish cloth in the cupboard, the dishes in the cupboard were wet and had food stuck to them, the bathroom air vents were clogged with detritus, there was a mouldy hole in the ceiling. I have brought this up with booking.com several times and have not heard anything in response despite being told multiple times would hear back within 24 hours.
