A qualidade dos materiais e espaços. Conforto e eficacia do ar condicionado em dias de calor. Prontidão no contacto. Depois de dias de aventuras pelos trilhos de amarante era o sitio recatado perfeito para recuperar. Proximidade aos acessos importantes à A4 (40 min do Porto) e ao centro da cidade.

Calor do edificio, falha no esquentador e baixa eficacia dos eletrodomésticos. Espaço de estacionamento requer cuidado com o declive e limita a dimensão dos veiculos porém na mesma rua antes de iniciar a descida existe local onde estacionar à sombra.
