All amenities corresponded to the description on booking.com. But there were also many moments that made our stay especially enjoyable. The apart-hotel is located within 5 min walking distance from two supermarkets, two non-expensive canteens and a good restaurant. A wonderful pool with hydromassage and water of better quality than in the large pool. The apartment is located on the first floor (above the ground floor) and faces east, so in the morning the sun shines through the windows, but after 10 a.m. all rooms become pleasantly shaded. Conditioners worked in each of three rooms. Strong WiFi signal. Netflix on TV. Tasty and safe cold tap water. Comfortable beds and sofa. A stock of clean towels and beddings enough for 4 people x 2 weeks stay. A good set of cleaning / disinfection agents and washing liquid for washing machine. Aromatized toilet paper!!! Two clothes drying racks and sufficient number of clothespins. Separate mops for interior spaces and the balcony. Large, spacious fridge. Induction cooking stovetop!!! A full set of kitchenware, plates and cups (the only thing missing was a small knife; we used our own). Kitchen towels. Sewing kit. Books in three languages. Table games for children. As a complement from the host: pack of good fruit teabags, capsules for coffee-maker, bottle of mineral water and bottle of wine. To top off the pleasant surprise for us, we received a free transfer from/to the airport. We are very grateful for our accommodation. We would like this to become a standard for the level of comfort in Bulgarian apart-hotels.

The fairly heavy traffic on the street and the nearby car wash station created noise. The staff did not properly clean the sun loungers and the area around the pool. Some guests of this apart-hotel and their children behaved in a disrespectful manner towards others (loud music in the evenings, shouting and hyperactivity in the pool, etc.). Smoking is permitted everywhere: on balconies, by the pool, on the beach, in restaurants; there are no true smoke-free zones. These negative comments are general in nature and do not affect the quality of the specific apartment, in which we stayed.

Okay guys, if you want to spend your vacation in Sunny Beach and like me don't want to deal with crowded noisy hotels, I do recommend you this apartment to stay. It's a spacious light and very clean two-bedroom place with everything you need to live in. Beds are comfortable, believe my spine, kitchen is good equipped. We appreciated air conditioner in each room very much. About the sea: it takes just up to 10 minutes to reach the city's central beach. If you don't in mood to go to the coast you can enjoy two swimming pools belonging to the residential complex in which the apartment is located. Last but not least Cristina, the owner, is super friendly and helping person. She didn't just confirm my really late both check-in and check-out, but she also used her time to show me the closest area where I supposed to live during one week. It was very kind of her.

Living music or karaoke in the closest bar. Fortunately, they were singing😂😂😂 just a few hours an evening, but never after 11 p.m. It didn't spoil our rest.

Все было очень классно, много пространства,две полноценные спальни с индивидуальным кондиционером. Есть абсолютно все, начиная от настольных игр и заканчивая посудой. Комфортное расположение,два басика, рядом бесплатная и платная парковка,а так же два супермаркета
