L’appartement était propre et conforme au descriptif dans l’annonce pour ce qui concerne l’aménagement d’intérieur.
L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble qui aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi et qui est localisé dans un creux entre 2 « montagnes »; la vue y est donc très restreinte par rapport à ce qu’on s’attendait !
