The location was great! Very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Bed was soft. They provided shampoo which was nice.
It was the most uncomfortably hot sleep. Needs AC as 30+°C weather. The room was not fully clean when we arrived - there was a used bottle of water under the bed, chocolate wrapper in the corner of the room, tags left on the counter and a chocolate bar that had looked like it had been sat on left for us. Also, it had the smallest ever mini fridge in our room which was advertised as a “refrigerator” so we had assumed it would be a normal sized refrigerator. We messaged asking if there was any facilities we could use for our medication pack and got a response of “Was everything alright?” Which did not attempt to answer our question.
