Tower Hotel Little Havana

No one is going to take any accountability for your luggage and belongings and check in services since they got off at 4, we checked in at 9pm there were only a security guy who even refused to speak English and say no English was this first thing he talked to us and our luggage locked into a storage room no one came to help we called the hotel and the agent no one picked up the phone so we missed the flight, terrible if you want to experience the helpless, awful servic

I just can stay that the hotel is amazing for a cheap price in Miami! It's super clean and the bed is so comfortable! The style of that cute hotel is like a self service 🥰 they put for you towels and all amenities you need in shelfs next to reception so you go take whenever you need and put your used towels in the basket there! You also find plastic bags to change your trash bin and a room next to the elevators to throw yours! The room service is with extra charge but super cheap ! Reception is from 9 am to 4 pm and you get your room number via email with the codes to access your room and all hotel gates! I live the concept of this small business! And don't worry the super cute receptionist ladies speaks English perfectly and they answer all your questions and give you all the information you need for public transport and whatever you ask for! Super helpful nice girls! The hotel is located in the heart of little havana the magic of latinos and cuban traditions and food!! Lovely unique experience I had! Recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

A really nice place stay. The only thing is that they have no parking. I'd your using uber or lyft. This is the place to go.

The title of hotel is missleading it is a cross between a Hotel and a Hostel . Despite the web page advertising a 24 hour manned front desk this is untrue . The front Desk is only manned from 9 AM to 4 PM . You will be provided with a help line number . I was able to inform other guests that there was not a 24hour staffed front desk by the end of my stay. Guest will not receive a key or a key card you will receive pass codes for which three a required one for the front gate , one to enter the lobby and another to enter your room . You also need to enter your room code to lock the door to your room when leaving. There was no kettle in room which I thought would be obligatory . Coffee is provided in the common room area if you make it your self from a drip coffee machine Folgers is provided. In its defence if you have family that live in the area and or you want to center you activities in Little Havana or you wish to live in a active local neighborhood this hostel / hotel is the perfect location.
