Location is spectacular; easy check-in and out; a/c really cold (split units)
No refrigerator; some noise because wood floors; my room was no dark enough during night.

Great location to visit Little Havana. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.
Bookings are handled through 3rd party company. Access codes for entry to the hotel and room did not work smoothly.

Excellent Location.
Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room would be nice

It was an affordable stay, in a spotless, spacious and very comfortable room just a short block from the heart of Calle Ocho.
A little too sparing with the amenities. Cups in the bathroom would have been nice.
