This apartment was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better; tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting that made for perfect sleep, yet only a short 5–10 minute walk to the centre of town. The view from the balcony was lovely and made it such a great place to start and end each day. Free street parking was an absolute bonus. The space itself was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and felt very new. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top condition. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the shower was amazing, and there was plenty of storage. Stephania was wonderful to deal with; responsive, helpful, and incredibly quick to assist whenever anything came up. That level of attentiveness made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, and the thoughtful extras really stood out—from beach umbrellas and mats to a cooler for outings, which was a great bonus. It was also so appreciated that essentials had you forgotten them like shampoo, coffee, and laundry detergent were avaiable. Honestly, everything was so well thought out—there was absolutely nothing missing. Overall, a truly fabulous space and a stay I would highly recommend.

This is a very minor suggestion rather than a negative, add a small bedside table. The bed had a back ledge that worked for placing a few items, however even a small table would make it much easier to set down essentials like a book, water, phone, or reading glasses etc. I also wanted to share some feedback on the linens. I was asked upon arrival if I needed bedding, which caught me a bit off guard. I later realized there was an additional cost noted in the booking, but as an international traveler, this isn’t something I would expect to bring —especially without knowing the exact bed sizes in advance. Packing linens for multiple stays would also take up a significant amount of luggage space. As a suggestion, it might be worth considering including basic bedding and one bath towel per guest in the overall price. This would create a more seamless and welcoming experience for travelers, particularly those coming from overseas. The hand towels provided were appreciated, but having standard linens included would make the stay feel even more complete.

The apartment is fantastic. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to centre, 10 minutes to the beach. Stefania was an outstanding host. The apartment is very modern, very clean and the shower was brilliant. The Wi-Fi was fast and the bed so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Santa Teresa Gallura. We can’t wait to return!

Schöne Wohnung im Retro Style. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Küchenutensilien und Möbel sind kein billig Ikea-Ramsch.

Das zweite Bett liegt zuoberst im 2 Stock unter dem Dach. Es wird extrem heiss. Wenn man in der Nacht auf die Toilette sollte, muss man eine Treppe runter welche die letzten 2 Tritte exrem klein sind (Sturzgefahr).
