Welcome to The Sandbanker Suite, part of the County Curated collection .Visit County Curated to view all of the beautiful properties that we manage in Prince Edward County. This home can accommodate 6 adults (age 11+) and 3 children (age 10 and under) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Sandbanker Suite is a bright open-concept, family-friendly home with all the modern conveniences. Tastefully renovated with an updated kitchen and large shower with a spa like feel. Enjoy summer nights in the backyard after exploring at the nearby Sandbanks Provincial Park, cozying up to a outdoor fire or getting toasty in your private hot tub! Pease note that the home includes 2 additional twin beds. The cleaning fee covers linens for the 2 main beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the bunk beds, or if preferred, linens can be provided for an additional $30 per bed. Have a larger group? Check out The Sandpiper Suite located on the same property and enquire for whole home bookings. There are 4 bedrooms and 7 beds total which makes it perfect for your group!
A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

This was a relatively good size for a family of four for the weekend. We rented this place because it was right across the street from the venue of the wedding we came for. The location is close to the county road so it can be noisy at night but that didn’t really bother me as there were plenty of fans. There was a large shared backyard that you could walk to for a food truck and the brewery which was nice. The provincial park and beach is a short drive away so there are a few fun things within driving range. An addition of a living room chair or two would make it more comfortable as there seemed to be only one solid couch and we used some dining chairs to get us all around to chat in the living room. There is a decent deck space to visit outside though. It was a bit dirty upon arrival. For the cost I would have anticipated more attention to detail and a cleaner space but otherwise, I think this was a decent space. It is a semi-detached house but both sides can be rented it just don’t work out with our family that way but that would be fun in the future.

Ideal location about 4 minutes from the provincial park, a short walk to Sand and Pearl restaurant, a must in PEC! The flat is directly on the road leading to park so you can ear street noise sometimes, fans are provided to make white noise, but I suggest to bring ear plugs also.We'll be back.

The location is great, good communication and it had the basic amenities, but the place needed a deep clean. Mold in the two AC unit, pink mold in shower, much accumulated dusts at some places, spider web, hair in shower. Sadly, won’t be going back and can’t really recommend.
