Welcome to our home in the resort community of Starr Pass, famous for its 27-hole Arnold Palmer designed world-class golf course and JW Marriott Starr Pass resort. This 4,000 sq ft. home is situated on 3 acres of beautiful Sonoran Desert within a private gated community and is adjacent to Tucson Mountain Park, a 20,000-acre wildlife area. The park has numerous trails for hiking and biking with breath taking views. Downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona campus is an easy 15-minute commute.
The home has many exciting outdoor features including a 2000 sq ft patio with pool, spa, and water feature. The patio area includes a gas grill and outdoor TV. The home offers amazing views of Tucson and the surrounding mountains.
Inside, guests can enjoy an expansive kitchen for entertaining. The four-person bar area overlooks the kitchen and is a perfect casual dining spot. The kitchen leads to the great room which features a wall of sliding glass doors that opens to the patio area. The great room has a dining table for 6 and spacious living room area which includes a grand fireplace.
There are 3 large bedrooms in the home. The guest suite has a private entrance to the driveway and is perfect for grandparents or travel companions. The guest suite has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors to the pool/patio area. The master suite and bunk room are at the opposite end of the home. The bunk room is great for children and includes twin bunk beds, desk area, covered patio, and bathroom with shower across the hallway. In addition, the hallway leading to the master suite has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, sliding doors leading to the pool, and desk area. The attached bathroom has double vanities, soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet.
