The holiday home Villa EMMA is located in Churriana, a quiet neighbourhood only 9 km from Malaga city centre and offers guests the opportunity to disconnect from the stress while being within walking distance of everything.
Ideal for families who wish to enjoy their holidays away from the summer chaos.
The two-storey property consists of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, directly connected to the garage and with access to an interior patio where you can have a coffee in total privacy.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and bidet, a beautiful front porch where you can relax and enjoy the sunset in the company of a delicious barbecue.
The first floor has another complete bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with single beds that can be converted into a double if necessary), so it can accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a private garage and free on-street parking right in front of the property.
Additional amenities include air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and cot (free on request).
Casa EMMA is located in a quiet area and perfectly communicated with all the points of interest in the area.
A walk of 150/200 metres will take you to the bakery, supermarket, children's playground and bus stop.
Only 9 minutes drive from Malaga airport (6km), 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, the Parador de Golf and the beach of Los Alamos in Torremolinos.
There is also a local train station that connects you directly from the shopping centre to the airport, the city centre, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola.
