The property was so clean for an area so remote with so much dirt. The outdoor areas are truly impressive. I enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the sunrise as the deer frolicked all around me. There is a beautiful river nearby that we almost missed out on. Be sure to walk around and take some hikes. Everything you need is included, coffee pods, sugar, and all kinds of dishes, wine glasses, and kitchenware. As others have noted, the end of the private road to the property is sometimes washed out and has a steep caleche entrance. Be sure to drive slow and decide if you can make it down that road in whatever vehicle you bring. Overall, the experience was great.

We stayed on the smallest house in the property, perfect for us, the house was cozy and clean and had all the essentials needs, the property location was great, the best part for us is all the nature around us, beautiful big tress, all different birds and the birds sounds, the Medina River is beautiful, you can hear the water running thru the rocks, the swimming pool was amazing for our children, specially with this hot weather, our 2 dogs enjoyed the outdoors, overall this location is perfect if you want to step outside of the working routine and busy schedules, so peaceful and relaxing. Totally recommend, just make sure you take a pickup truck or SUV or 4x4 vehicle, there is a small rough road to get to the location, but totally worth it. ❤️

This property was nice and quiet. The pool was a huge hit with the kids! Not to far from town. Perfect little place to stay when we are in town visiting the in laws! The only thing that needs a little improvement was the cleanliness. I will add im a little picky in this department, so it really didn'tbother me. The place was not gross by any means but could use a deep clean. Will definitely save this to a favorite file bc we visit a few times a year.

The unit was much bigger than we originally anticipated and the owner very helpful and responsive. Our family enjoyed the shared amenities of pool and river access. The property is just far away from the beaten path to feel secluded and see wildlife while only being about 10 minutes to all the activities in Bandera. The home was clean, comfortable, and had many extras to make our stay comfortable. If you enjoy birding, this location was wonderful for checking off many local and migratory song bird, waterfowl, and raptor varieties on your life list.
