This property is beautiful. It did not disappoint as with all Marbella Lane properties.The rooms and bedding were clean. The beds were super comfortable and had extra pillows. All amenities were as described.Every room has a/c. Just wish we had 3 prong plugs in the bedrooms to charge my devices.The backyard needs more grass, but the outside chairs and table were relaxing.

Although the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well, we were generally disappointed. We received conflicting information about check in, the kitchen had only the barest minimum and was missing some important essentials (hot pads for example), the towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor when we arrived (we were able to re-attach it), and the parking options were unclear (we were informed later that the only parking was on the street). Although the listing states “comfortable living spaces,” there is no living room, only the pictured dinning area. We were informed prior to arrival that the gardener had not finished and would be back. However, the yard was a mass of overgrown bushes, weeds, and cheat grass. It looked like the gardener hadn’t been there for months, and, in fact, did not arrive at any time while we were there. We won’t be staying here again.
