Welcome to Hidden Vista Lodge, where timeless charm meets modern luxury on over 2 private acres in the gated Catawba Falls Preserve community. Perched above it all with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Appalachian Mountains, this stunning mountain retreat offers a peaceful escape; from the moment you arrive, you'll be wrapped in tranquility—whether you're sipping coffee in the sunroom, soaking in the hot tub, or gathering around the firepit under a blanket of stars. With expansive decks, cozy fireplaces, and an incredible game room, this home is designed for connection, relaxation, and fun.

Important to Note: Although pets are not permitted for guests, the owners sometimes bring their dogs, so it is not recommended for individuals with dog allergies. While the outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and dining table can be used by guests, the outdoor kitchen is NOT permitted for guest use. There are 4 exterior cameras (one at the entry door, one on each front corner of the house, and one at the rear). No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community.
