The ground floor apartment has a large open plan living area, which has been tastefully decorated throughout. Sea Views can be enjoyed through the large windows that overlook Lynmouth Harbour, and patio doors open out onto a large paved patio where the sea views are spectacular.
The open plan living area features a comfy lounge with a sofa and an armchair, as well as a handy wood-burning stove and a smart TV. Situated behind the lounge is a the kitchen/diner. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat four and the kitchen has been fitted with a good range of appliances, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The two bedrooms at Crabbers View are a good size and both have zip and link beds, which allow them on request to be either set up as king size doubles or a twin with two single beds. Both bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower overhead, a wash basin and a WC.
Guests staying at Crabbers View have access to all communal areas and each apartment has its own designated car parking space. A path leads directly from the apartment building to the seaside village of Lynmouth where visitors will discover a pretty harbour, a dog friendly pebble beach and a good range of places to eat.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience.
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
