About this apartment rental
Spacious studio apartment downstairs in our home with separate entrance, 1 queen bed and 1 futon, full bath and kitchen stocked with basic cookware and dishes plus coffee, tea, and breakfast items. Fresh eggs when the chickens are laying! Shared laundry available. My kids and I live upstairs-we love visitors and do our best to be quiet neighbors, but you will hear us a bit during the day. Always quiet after bedtime though!
There's a sweet outdoor area, fire pit, safe backyard space and large tent available if anyone wants to camp outside! Kid and pet friendly (dogs must be leashed when outside). Short 20 min drive to Ithaca, 30/40 min to Elmira, Corning, Watkins Glen, & Owego. There are so many good things to enjoy in the finger lakes throughout the summer from live music to wine tours, and so many beautiful forests and waterfalls to explore.
