Brick house no. 15

On the outskirts of the village of Wischuer, a district of Biendorf, just about 5 km from Rerik and 7 km from Kühlungsborn, our vacation home is located in a small new development on a 660-square-meter lot. The house was completed in June 2023 and has a living area of nearly 170 square meters. It can accommodate up to eight people across two floors.





This unique house offers you luxurious, 5-star accommodations. The house was designed with great attention to detail and combines the charm of a traditional brick house with the modern comforts of a prefabricated home.



A special highlight of this vacation home is its carbon neutrality. It was designed with the environment in mind and uses renewable energy sources to make your stay as sustainable as possible. Even today, we’re giving back more to the environment than we consume. We’re especially proud of that!



For all cooking enthusiasts, there’s a large country-style kitchen, where you can showcase your culinary skills under the open sky. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub round out this unique vacation home.

When building our house, we placed particular emphasis on sustainable construction. We took several of these factors into account even when selecting the contractor. The construction company, Gussek Haus from Nordhorn, as well as all other companies involved in the project, adhere to this guiding principle.



Not only the construction but also the operation of the vacation home is geared toward sustainability, particularly the heating, ventilation, and energy supply. These features allow you to enjoy a sustainable and environmentally conscious vacation!



The QDF seal, as well as the RAL Quality Mark RAL-GZ 422 for Wood Construction, clearly demonstrate its sustainability.



Zero emissions

and CO²neutrality



When planning our vacation home, we focused not only on sustainability but also on zero emissions . We want to make a CO₂-positive contribution to international climate goals.



State-of-the-art heating technology with controlled living space ventilation, integrated heat recovery, an approx. 15 kWp PV system, and solar storage tanks, we ensure that our home operates with zero emissions. We also make a positive CO₂ contribution.



We will continue to rely on state-of-the-art technologies in the future to jointly achieve our environmental protection goals.



Certifications



To provide you, our guest, with assurance regarding the expected level of quality when making a reservation, we are currently in the process of having our vacation home certified accordingly.



We have currently applied for the following certifications:

1. “Family Vacation MV?” certified quality (especially family-friendly)

2. German Tourism Association (Deutscher Tourismus Verband e. V.) ? Certification as a 5-star vacation home



We have received the following certification:

DTV classification? 5 stars



We expect the award decisions by mid-2024 and will then the results here.



Country-style kitchen



As an enthusiastic home cook, the owner has left no stone unturned in equipping the country-style kitchen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible from a culinary perspective.



In addition to a very extensive selection of dishes and cutlery, the country-style kitchen offers various options for making coffee including capsule machines and filter coffee makers. A wide selection of pans for frying and braising is, of course, available.



Our country-style kitchen is also equipped with numerous kitchen appliances:

Outdoor kitchen starting in the 2024 season



There will be an outdoor kitchen for the outdoor area, which will give you the opportunity to cook, bake, grill, and relax.

Kettle grill with a large capacity

Kamado grill (ceramic grill)



This outdoor kitchen will perfectly complement our patio and make your time there even more enjoyable.

E-Bikes starting in the 2024 season



Starting in the 2024 season, we’ll offer our guests at our vacation home the option to rent two e-bikes.

If guests are interested in renting these two e-bikes, please let us know when you make your inquiry.

This way, the e-bikes can be made available upon arrival.
