With views of the Mediterranean Sea, Villa La Favorita in Calpe impresses guests with its fantastic vistas. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional toilets, accommodating up to eight people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday rental features a private outdoor area including a pool, hot tub, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, two balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing during your stay.
The property is located near the beach and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking. A maximum of two pets is allowed. The two floors are connected by an external staircase and are not accessible from inside the property.
