Our beautiful Ivy Hall home is located in East Nashville, close to everything. Your group will love this historic 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with loads of charm mixed with modern amenities. Our home includes a huge, private yard.
The main floor has a living room/den that offers a comfortable place to relax and watch television or read one of our hundreds of books. Once you leave the living room you enter the chef's kitchen with all modern amenities. Off of the kitchen you will find a large dinning space. Also, included on this level is a large, formal sitting room. There is half bath on the main floor for your convenience.
On the second floor you will find all four bedrooms and three full baths. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1: King with ensuite, soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Double with ensuite full bath with a tub and shower combo
Bedrooms 3 &4: Each have a double bed and share a jack and jill bath with a shower
You will have access to the home with a keyless entry code that we provide prior to check in.
We are local and are available 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb message or phone call/text.
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and we loved the character - lots to explore! Had the amenities we needed and was a short drive to all of the Nashville attractions. Quite neighborhood, too!
