The host, Vives, was extraordinarily hospitable. She left some homemade sweet treats and drinks for us in the apartment, cute handwritten notes in all the cupboards and drawers, and made the apartment very comfortable and romantic. She also dropped us off at the bus stop at the end of our stay at 7 am in the morning!
The bathroom could be updated a bit. However it was functional and even included a laundry machine. Check in was a bit difficult to coordinate with confusion on dates.

The location has a great parking in case you have a valuable car or you ride a motorbike. It's waking distance from the beach out of noise.
It is hard to say, since I went there really off season, but all the places I saw in Croatia are not super well fitted for winter months.
