About this house rental
Just 1 minute from Camelback Resort, Bear Peak is a cozy 4BR mountain retreat with stunning views, a hot tub sunroom, and a game room featuring pool, Pac-Man, a bar, and Smart TV. Relax by the fireplace, enjoy the wraparound deck, or recharge in the master suite with Peloton and private bath. With central air, fast Wi-Fi, and stylish mountain design, it’s the perfect base for spring getaways, hiking adventures, and relaxing Pocono escapes with family and friends.
Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 5 cars max.

Indoor Spaces
This 2,907 sq. ft. contemporary retreat combines comfort and style for an elevated mountain escape. The main living room is a true centerpiece, with a stunning wood-burning fireplace, panoramic Camelback views, and a 50” Smart TV. The open dining area seats 10 and flows seamlessly into a sleek, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry — ideal for cooking and gathering together after a day exploring the mountains
Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are located upstairs:
Master Suite: King bed, private bath, work desk with monitor, propane fireplace, Peloton bike, lounge seating, and unbeatable mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (full bottom, twin top) plus a Smart TV.
Sunroom & Hot Tub
Bold colors and cozy seating make the screened-in sunroom our favorite hangout. Here you’ll find the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring nearby hiking trails, lakes, and mountain attractions.
Game Room
The lower-level game room is designed for fun and relaxation with:

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.
Note: This home has a sloped driveway.
Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.

From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Even though we checked in late due to flight delays and the Poconos roads were quite dark (thankfully, our rented Expedition with bright lights helped us see clearly!), we felt immediately put at ease.
The house itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, but stepping inside is even better. Everything was immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay for our entire family.
As city people, one of the biggest treats was the surrounding nature. The scenic views were a highlight; the wonderful view from the master bedroom window and the outside deck was breathtaking. We especially loved seeing the beautiful deer walk right by the home!
Most importantly, this home provided the perfect, cozy space for our four generations to gather this weekend, creating truly lasting and memorable memories. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to staying here again soon!

This property is immaculate!! With its spectacular views, powerful hot tub, and comfortable furnishings, this will not be our last visit to this property! One of the most important things to us is how comfortable is the mattress, and my husband and I had the best night's sleep!! Normally I wake up several times throughout the night...I slept the entire night through every night! The location is great where you get peace-and-quiet, but you're not far from groceries, restaurants, etc. It has wonderful accomodations for enjoying the outdoor space (deck with chairs and chiminea), plenty of space indoors to enjoy a movie, and the game room downstairs is beyond perfect! We had a great stay at this rental! The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself is clean, spacious, and well laid out—perfect for families or groups.One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was for the kids to hang out in the living room and watch TV, while the adults gathered and chatted in the kitchen area. It gave everyone their own space while still feeling connected.Another pleasant surprise was the abundance of towels! Most rentals we’ve stayed at don’t provide nearly enough, so this was a thoughtful and convenient touch.The only minor downside was that the overflow parking wasn’t as close as we expected. If you’re bringing more than two vehicles, I’d recommend driving both to the overflow lot, parking one, and then driving the other back to the house. Note that the tennis/pickleball courts are across the lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!.

We had a wonderful stay. The house met all our expectations, communications with Property Manager was excellent from the beginning to the end and great information was provided on the area activities. I would definitely rent this property again.
