The kitchen is well equipped for cooking after a visit to the Dubbo Farmers' Markets, with the outdoor dining area suited to alfresco meals. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fenced backyard for kids and pets to play, the home suits families and groups travelling together.

Magnolia Entertainer is set in the Magnolia Estate in South Dubbo, a quiet residential pocket with lakefront walking trails, around five minutes' drive from the Dubbo CBD. The Orana Mall Shopping Centre (4 minutes) has Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, The Coffee Club, BWS, Subway, a pharmacy and a nail salon. Taronga Western Plains Zoo (13 minutes) is a short drive for the day, with its waterpark and the Zoo Cafe & Bar nearby. Elston Park (4 minutes) has a playground, water park, gardens and picnic and BBQ areas. For coffee, The Harvest (2 minutes) and You Galah (3 minutes) are both close by, and the South Dubbo Tavern (2 minutes) serves family-friendly meals. Backyard Play Equipment: Please ensure children are supervised around the slide and swing set in the backyard.
Portacot: A portacot is available on request but is not pre-assembled, and cot linen is not included.

Unable to check in at 3pm. The cleaner was still in the house at check in time, only halfway through the clean. Access was easy apart from this.The house was superficially clean but many areas not thoroughly cleaned. The vacuum cleaner does not work. There are items that haven’t been maintained. Door handles coming off, shelving falling off walls. The dishwasher does not work well. Generally a lovely house that has been overused and not maintained. A group of six need more than one tea towel for 3 days. The house was not close to shops.
